I believe in utilizing a diverse palate of sounds for all of our enjoyment and benefit. In Nia, we view movement potential in the body as infinite. I view music potential the same way. Music does not need to have a beat, exclusively, for us to be drawn in to our dance. We are already dancing through life...before the music even begins in class! Yo comsidero que la musica posee el mismo potencial. La musica no necesita tener un ritmo, exclusivamente, para que nos que lleve a danzar.
